An easy to install Shower Step, ElevEase reduces awkward bending and stretching in the shower while leg-shaving, tanning and exfoliating.

Challenge:

Elevease is a single product company that sell a patented Shower Foot Rest. It is a unique concept that they designed and developed themselves, and upon it’s launch they received a fantastic response. The initial excitement soon dissipated and they discovered the challenges presented by a one-product company and no existing product awareness.

Absolute were approached to develop every aspect of a marketing campaign on what was initially, a very small budget.

Solution:

Our response to the budget issue was to launch a program where all marketing, advertising, pr and sales drove through social media and online.

We created a website to sell Elevease online and placed the product on all of the leading e-commerce sites such as Ebay and Amazon. We drove traffic to these sites through the use of targeted ads on Google, Facebook, Amazon, Ebay and select beauty and maternity sites.

Our next phase was to develop additional strategies that helped increase the size of the brand’s community on Facebook and drove ongoing social media engagement. To do this, we keep profiles up to date with new content and images. Daily updates with each new post having original artwork designed specifically for that topic. We built an additional ‘tab’ on their Facebook page that allows us to publish and manage content, listen and act on customer conversations and analyze and track results.

Additionally, with our main goal being to spread product awareness, we launched a number of online marketing campaigns. We get independent reviews from bloggers for the products being sold with the review being published online. We manage special offers and discounts, along with hosting themed competitions and giveaways.

Result:

Elevease is now the number 1 search result for every term related to the product on google. In fact, due to the cross promotion generated by our partner blogs, Elevease appears over 30 times in the first 6 pages of Google search results alone.

Sales have increased by a massive 800% in the last year and following the launch of a new campaign on Facebook last week, we have now reached their ‘first stage’ target of 1000 Facebook fans.
